SFC DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

An insurance fee of $200.00 is due the first week of January of each year for all customers regardless if you have your own policy or not. Customers signing up after January will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining months in the year. Customers seeking a flight review only will be prorated for one month. The insurance fee will be charged upon receipt of your paperwork. SFC does not require additional Renter's Insurance.

All payments are non-refundable. All invoices are due at the time services are rendered. Overdue invoices accumulate a late fee at the rate of $5 per day. A fee of 3.5% will be added to all electronic transactions. You must keep a valid, unlocked, working card on file regardless of your preferred payment method. Three declined payments may result in the deactivation of your account and services may no longer be rendered.

Our aircraft rates are wet (includes fuel).

SFC reserves the right to refuse service, to revoke access and/or terminate agreements at any time.
